The European Universities Championship Futsal 2019 has finally concluded on 23 of july with an exciting Closing Ceremony at Sports Complex of University of Minho. Over 450 participants representing 26 Universities from 12 countries took part in this year’s edition of the event.
In men’s finals, the title of champion/s went to University of Málaga, from Spain who won a thrilling final match against Karazin Kharkiv National University, from Ukraine. In women’s finals, the title of champion/s went to University of Múrcia, from Spain who won an exciting final match against University of Munster, from Germany
The medals and awards were presented by Tiago Brandão Rodrigues, Minister of Education of Portugal, Rui Vieira de Castro, Rector of University of Minho, Sameiro Araújo, councilor of the sport of Braga City Hall and Hovhannes Gabrielyan, representative of the President of EUSA

Special Awards Women’s
The Fair-Play Award was given to University of Porto from Portugal . The award was presented by António Paisana, Administrator of University of Minho Social Services.
The Best Goal Keeper Award was given to Ana Garde, from University of Murcia . The award was presented by Daniel Monteiro, President of the Portuguese University of Sports Fedaration.
The Best Goal Scorer Award was given to Anna Shulla, from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. The award was presented by Nuno Reis, President of the Organising Committee.
The Most Valuable Player was given to Elisabet Bonet, from University of Murcia . The award was presented by Tomasz Aftanski, EUSA Technical Delegate.
To complete the All Star Team of the Female Competition Tomislava Matijevic from University of Zagreb and Zaliia Gazimova from Ural Federal University team. The award was presented by Nuno Reis, president of the Organising Committee and Tomasz Aftanski, EUSA Technical Delegate.

To complete the All Star Team of the Female Competition João Abreu from University of Minho and Yaroslav Lebid from Karazin Kharkiv National University. The award was presented by Nuno Reis, President of the Organising Committee and Tomasz Aftanski, EUSA Technical Delegate.
After awards ceremony, EUSA flag was passed to Toni Batinic, president of Organising Committee of EUC Futsal Split 2021.
